This policy explains what information Hummingbird Art and Culture Foundation collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
We collect only what you give us. If you send us a message, sign up for our newsletter, apply to volunteer or make an enquiry, we receive the details you enter in that form. We also collect basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used — pages visited and general location — which does not identify you personally.
To reply to you, to send you the newsletter if you asked for it, to process volunteer and partnership enquiries, and to understand which parts of the site are useful so we can improve them.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not pass it to other organizations except where a service provider processes it on our behalf — for example an email delivery service — and only to the extent needed to provide that service.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. When you unsubscribe we stop sending and remove you from the list.
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@hbartandculture.org and we will respond within a reasonable period.
This site uses cookies necessary for it to function, and may use analytics cookies to count visits. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
If this policy changes we will update this page and change the review date below.
